How do I know? Because I have been there myself! My name is Donna Leyens. I am a Small Business Growth Strategist, a Certified Professional Success Coach, and founder and Chief Everything Officer of True Potential Coaching. Since leaving a Wall Street career to raise my family, I have launched and run three successful home-based businesses, and I have learned first-hand about the joys, and the frustrations, inherent in working for yourself.

One of the lessons I have learned is that business success comes from passion, knowledge, resilience and the ability to think strategically. Over the years I struggled, often through trial and error, to figure many things out on my own. What I DO offer you is professional business coaching, real tools and information that you need to create your vision for your business and your life, a vision that you feel passionate and excited about. And then I help you take action and turn that vision into your reality.
