Thank you for visiting my web site, and giving me the opportunity to tell you what I can do for you! I am the founder and Chief Everything Officer of True Potential Coaching LLC.

As a Small Business Growth Strategist and Certified Professional Success Coach, I partner with solo-entrepreneurs and small business owners who want to achieve extraordinary success in their businesses and their lives. I am passionate about helping clients remove obstacles to success, turn their business visions into reality and create the lives they desire.

My business journey began many moons ago on Wall Street, where I spent approximately seven years at a boutique investment banking firm, as both an equity analyst, and later a corporate finance analyst. I received my MBA from New York University. During my time on Wall Street, I developed my interest and passion for working with small business owners to grow their businesses, as well as my dream of becoming an entrepreneur myself.

I eventually left the corporate world to raise my family. I knew that my next job would entail working for myself and working with people. My first venture was as an independent distributor for DK Books, where I learned first-hand about the power and nature of authentic sales and marketing, and how to sell without feeling or acting like a salesperson. I also learned that I loved being my own boss! When that company closed its direct sales unit, I decided to start my own business from scratch.

And so the adventure began! In the fall of 2001, (less than ideal timing) I joined with a partner to launch SilverRidge Jewelry, LLC. We became profitable within our first month of operation, and we had a huge amount of fun doing it! Throughout the next several years, we spent many valuable hours figuring everything out on our own, and we didn’t always get it right the first time.

I became a jack-of-all trades, handling everything from bookkeeping to inventory management, from jewelry design to sales and marketing, all while balancing the needs of my children and family. I learned about the importance of having a plan, creating a consistent brand image, understanding your target market and aligning your business with your values. I learned what it takes to run a business from home, and not let the business run you! I now use all of that experience and knowledge, to save you the time, money and effort that the detours and missteps will cost you.

After several years of successfully creating and selling fashion jewelry, I decided that my true passion did not lie in jewelry design. I now put my energy, talents and passion into helping others take their business vision and turn it into reality.

I earned my Professional Coach Certification through iPEC Coaching, an ICF-accredited institute. There, I learned about motivation, the power of our thoughts and beliefs, and the energy of success. I learned how to use that knowledge to coach others to achieve their goals and dreams.

Today, I combine my coaching skills with everything I have learned from my own business achievements, and those of others, to help my clients reach their goals more quickly and easily than they would on their own. I love working with entrepreneurs and business owners who are excited and passionate about their businesses!
